TRACQS Outreach Activity

Self-managed remote outreach activity, participants will engage in maintaining their local community & public areas and where practical surrounding communities. Tools & resources will be provided to ensure WHS is maintained. LLN resources will be embedded, packs provided & returned to provider at following appointments. Activity will be monitored during monthly contacts with participants as well as evidence collected.
