For complaint resolution


Step 1
Speak to your Case Manager or Activity Supervisor at the site who will endeavour to resolve the matter immediately.


Step 2
If unresolved, request to speak with our TRACQS Job Placements & Compliance Manager on 1800 430 779 who will listen to your concerns and attempt to resolve the matter within 5 working days.


Step 3
If unresolved, request to speak with our TRACQS General Manager on 1800 430 779 who will listen to your concerns and attempt to resolve the matter within 5 working days.
