TRACQS was developed in 2019 to become a leading Community Development Program (CDP) provider and to deliver quality pre and post-employment and training services to both Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians across the Western Tablelands of Far North Queensland.
Being locally-led allows us to provide positive engagement and more responsive service by people that live and work within the community. Most importantly, it means we can create better solutions for our customers and deliver better solutions to employers and industries.
Our Aim
To secure a better future for the next generation of Australians by improving their social and economic development. And by doing so, we’re helping their respective communities by developing and strengthening their standing.
Our Mission
To be the leading, primarily Indigenous-owned Community Development Program provider in Australia by supplying prepared and ready employees for the industry.
We will do this by better enabling our participants through meaningful training to secure fulfilling jobs and create business opportunities. This, in turn, will empower communities in utilising their unique identities to improve their economic potential.
Our Vision
Securing a better future for the next generation by improving the social and economic status of Community Development Program clients and their respective communities through effective leadership and a collaborative approach to quality training and employment services.
Our Values
Engage: We engage and consult to identify and satisfy the aspirations of our customers
Innovate: We innovate by building dynamic opportunities for business and industry
Support: We support individuals and communities to realise their full economic potential
Create: We create sustainable employment in consultation with communities
Succeed: We will succeed in our Mission and Vision by having innovative pre-employment through to post-employment programs
