Dilly Bag – Small

Description  This dilly bag weaved by Latia Levers is based on the traditional dilly bag weaving method and adapted to include adornments of small colourful bead work.  Dilly bags were traditionally used to leach toxins from foods during preparation.  This type of weave is called a ‘tight’ weave indicating the lack of space between rows.
