Description This bag came from a Charlie’s Aunt pattern. Here’s what the designer has to say about the Kersey Tye bag: A versatile two-tone messenger bag, which combines 1940’s-style inventiveness with modern day simplicity and functionality.  The bag is A-shaped with angled corners, making an unusual and attractive silhouette. It is made in two toning fabrics and has an exterior pocket on the front panel. The flap is fastened with a magnetic snap, and there is a compartment pocket on the back lining. This is a large bag, with plenty of room for all your essentials. The cross-body strap is sturdy and fully adjustable so you can carry the bag at whatever height suits you best.

The exterior of the bag is made of hard-wearing chino drill with the front pocket and flap centre made from quilting cotton. All outer fabrics are interfaced and have an interlining of cotton batting for additional strength and structure. The interior lining and compartment pocket are made of cotton rayon and are interfaced for stability and strength.
