Getting to know our team with Kaizi

Spending the majority if his childhood growing up in Kuranda and having family here for the past 60 years, Kaizi understands the importance of community and family.

As a proud member of the Gutchen and Oui Family, Kaizi has a strong connection to the land and the locals and recognises the influence a strong community can have on helping others achieve their goals.

Starting out as an Administrative Assistance, Kaizi was able to connect with Participants through day to day interactions and assist the team overall.

Since then, he’s progressed to Employment Consultant. As an Employment Consultant, Kaizi helps to motivate and assist our participants to bring their goals to fruition.

“I believe and understand that I have an obligation to provide the best service I can to give back to the community that helped raise me.”

As a team member at TRACQS, Kaizi brings with him an abundance of positive energy as he strives to help our participants achieve their goals, no matter how big or small.
