Here at TRACQS, we have a few changes happening! So today we’d like to introduce you to Michael Phillips, who has recently come on board as our new General Manager.
Joining the TRACQS family in early October, Michael comes to us with over a decade of successful leadership experience within Australian Government funded Employment Programs, including the Community Development Program (CDP).
Michael has worked in employment services since 2010 and has seen the industry from the perspective of many roles.
Passionate about professional & personal development, Michael recently completed two Advanced Diplomas and is now taking on a Graduate Diploma in Strategic Leadership.
Looking forward to his new role, Michael is excited to grow and continue to establish TRACQS in the local area and create positive outcomes.
